BD, +OPK and ED, oh my!

Hello there. My DH and I have a question that has yet to be answered and really hoping you will be able to help. My DH has ED, is healthy, with good SA results, and uses Viagra which is moderately successful. We have been BDing on the day of the +OPK, and usually can only get success on that one day, and sometimes the day after or the 2nd day after depending on how things go. What is the success rate of this usually? Our RE is away until Oct, and her replacement RE doesn't seem to care about our concerns as we have had a few m/c's, which according to them puts our concerns on a lower level than those who haven't yet conceived. The only advice is to "keep trying" but not giving us concrete best times to "keep trying". So frustrated! Help from anyone on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hopefully Dr. Q can give you some better info but I'm pretty sure that I read here that it is best to have the sperm "waiting" for the egg. Maybe you should BD the day before you expect the +OPK because if DH has good SA results then the sperm should live for several days. Then if you can BD one more time, things should be covered for sure and if you can't at least you had the sperm waiting and didn't miss it???
