Dr. Q question about cd

Dr. Q my af started about 7:30pm (last night)...I'm doing the charting on F/F site and was wondering do I count yesterday as cd 1 or today cd2?

I asked Kell and she stated that since it was after 5pm I should start counting today as cd1. Thank you Kell and she is so clever with this charting stuff:))))...thank you again Kell and DR. Q

Thanks Angela for asking this question, I was wondering myself. Af started for me around 8PM Christmas Eve (what a timing :) I never spot at all it just... flows! No warning signs! I counted Christmas day as CD1 but it would be nice to know if I'm actually right.

hey guys you count day 1 when you have bright red flow (spotting does not count)...hence enough to wear a tampon or pad. It doesnt matter what time it is
