Flemoxin during fertility treatment

Dear Doctor
I am undergoing fertility treatment and we are to supposed to have an artificial insemination on the 10th November. My husband has been prescribed Flemoxin for 7 days as of today for a throat infection. We would like to know the following,
1. Can Flemoxin be taken during the time of insemination?
2. What are the implications?
3. Implication of having sore throat (viral) during insemination

thanks for your response yesterday. This is a really useful service! I will be undergoing artificial insemination for the 1st time next week. I am 40, and have previously carried a pregnancy full term. My last pregnancy was at age 35. Statistically, what are my chances of conceiving first time?

Amoxicillin should have little to no impact on his sperm and can be taken at the time of the IUI. If however he's febrile, it may render more sperm to not be as motile due to temp elevation...Hope and expect little if any problems at the time of the IUI...
