I have the same problem, with having irregular periods and me and my husband have been trying for a year. When I first got off birth control and had irregular periods the dr put me on the Nuva ring to see if it would regulate me and it never did! My next step will be to maybe try clomid! I wish you much luck!!

If you desire to get pregnant and want your periods to be regular, Clomid or Femara are the pills that will do this for the majority of people. These pills will not work if you're not regulating because you're thin from exercise or stress.
The first day of your period is counted as Day 1 and continue counting from here. I always advocate OPKs for people ttc and we're hopeful that within 6 months of taking clomid, you'll be pregnant. We hope you read, learn, and participate in this site, and please keep us posted
