Finally PPT

Well I am estatic to say that after 14 months of TTC, 2 IUI's, a HSG, multiple ultrasounds I got a PPT. I am having a pampered chef party to night at my house and was to do a blood test on Monday, but since the party is tonight, I thought I would do a pee test this AM....and it said "PREGNANT"!! My DH didn't believe the good news and my dr said still to do blood test on Monday to test beta #'s so the ER doc at the hospital I work at ordered one for me and it too said POSITIVE!!! I am SOOOO excited that I can't quit crying and smiling. Anyhow, eveything is so worth it when you see that positive for the first time. No morning sickness so far and no breast soreness really. I don't even feel any different...except really happy!! So I guess I will be continuing the progesterone suppositories and not have any wine tonight :-)
Sorry so long since here. It has been crazy lately. I am now 6 wks 4 days. I do an u/s monday, but couldn't wait (I work in u/s). We had been wondering how many little ones there might be since IUI and many mature follicles.....there is only and I got to hear the heartbeat. It was the greatest!!! Makes it seem so real. What is crazy is that the baby is only like 1/2 inch, but the heartbeat was at 127/min. We took some pics and my mom happened to be coming in so I let her listen. I called DH when we first heard it.
